At
Last! A micro-filtration system built to meet the demands of industry.
Steri-flow ®, the next generation in cross-flow micro-filtration.
Steri-flow®
has designed and engineered a fully stainless steel filter membrane and system
to meet the rigours of industrial applications while also meeting the strict
quality requirements demanded within food and beverage applications. Filter
membrane can be manufactured from 0.2 to 10 micron.
Stainless
Steel Microfiltration
With
the unique Steri-flow ® filter membrane and system there is no
requirement to continually purchase replacement filter cartridges, or media,
and there is no need to worry about thermal shock causing premature filter
failure as your process conditions vary.
Filter
Longevity and Service
While
the research and technology to develop the Steri-flow ® filter has
been major, it's operation is simple. The Steri-flow ® filtration
system has unique features, including a highly robust stainless steel membrane
to provide your operations and process with many significant benefits and
achievable cost savings.

Simple
questions to Ask of any Liquid Filtration Technology
-
Can it handle high and varying levels of solids without needing to be
"pampered" by a pre-filter, or settling dam or tank?
-
Can it be sanitised with hot water or steam, along with acids and caustics?
-
Can it handle hydraulic or thermal shocks, as can be encountered in many
operations?
-
Do you need to continually purchase expensive consumables such as filter media
and pre-treatment chemicals to maintian suitable flow and flux rates?
